Extra pure, rich but mild tasting olive oil from the KALAMATA region in 2021.12. harvest
Unfiltered, unblended, single-variety Koroneiki olive, extra virgin olive oil that we know and love personally.
Superiore category olive oil. The oil is very mildly pungent, with just a slight tingle in the throat, which confirms its quality and value. Stable olive oil straight from the mill, preserving its "life": aroma, taste, color, purity and polyphenols! Olive variety - Koroneiki 100%, oil harvesting/pressing - November-December, oil pressing method - cold, mechanical first pressing (up to 28C), oil not filtered and not mixed with other oils. We recommend: for seasoning salads, green sauces, pasta, vegetables, fish and white meat. Great on vanilla ice cream! Can be used for baking, but not for frying.

Shake before use. The oil is not filtered, so natural sediments are possible. Delicious and healthy!
